Summary: We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst with extensive experience in the Mortgage domain, specifically with Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) products. The candidate should have a strong blend of business analysis and testing skills, proficiency in JIRA, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and performing various testing activities to ensure quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for mortgage and HELOC initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and execute test cases, document test results, and track defects using JIRA.
- Validate business requirements against implemented solutions and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate defect triage, issue resolution, and regression testing.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively with cross-functional teams.
