Summary: The Technical Analyst / Project Facilitator plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project management within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical requirements, system workflows, and integration points across clinical and business applications.
- Assist with solution design, testing, and validation of application functionality.
- Translate technical details into business-friendly documentation and presentations.
- Support system troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to appropriate teams.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deliverables with IT and clinical/business teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
