- Strong Data Warehousing and data architecture knowledge.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
- Strong technical documentation and requirement-gathering experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with engineering and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Conduct business discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and interpret existing business logic.
- Create PDD, Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Functional & Technical Specifications.
- Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, Developers, and QA teams.
- Coordinate with offshore BSA teams and support UAT/testing.
- Own deliverables from requirements through implementation.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Agile/Scrum and Product Owner experience.
- Snowflake, Oracle, Greenplum.
- Alteryx/workflow development.
- Offshore team coordination.
- UAT planning and execution.
