Technical Business Analyst

Summary: The Technical Business Analyst role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and collaborating with development teams to deliver solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and process improvements
• Create business process flows, blueprints, and user stories
• Collaborate with development teams for solution delivery
• Perform testing (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery
• Maintain documentation and support project lifecycle activities

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering, process flows, and user stories
• Hands-on with SQL, Excel, and Figma
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Government/Public sector experience (nice to have)
• SAP S/4 HANA or ERP systems (nice to have)
• CRM tools (Microsoft CE preferred) (nice to have)
• Data Migration / ETL experience (nice to have)
• MS Project (nice to have)
