Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical integration of acquired businesses into enterprise-level systems.
- Manage end-to-end data migrations and application transitions.
- Map complex AS-IS and TO-BE processes using Visio.
- Collaborate with technical engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical user stories in Jira.
- Orchestrate system testing and UAT phases for successful go-lives.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and leveraging Power BI for reporting.

The Role

- Collaborate closely with technical engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical user stories in Jira.
- Orchestrate system testing and UAT phases to guarantee successful go-lives for regional EMEA projects.

What You'll Need
- Proven track record as a Technical Business Analyst focusing on system migrations, M&A integrations, or large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in documentation and mapping tools including Jira, Visio, and Excel (Advanced).
- Proficiency in German (written and verbal) is highly desirable to facilitate communication across the DACH region.
