- Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: SQL, API testing, or hands-on technical tools.
- Cloud platforms, microservices, or DevOps exposure.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, diagramming tools.
- Relevant BA or Agile certifications.
- Industry experience in regulated or complex environments.
