Technical Business Analyst - IFDL Account

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to work on their IFDL (Investment Funds Direct Limited) account.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

This role will provide flexible Business Analysis support across the IFDL account, helping to deliver strategic change, operational improvements, and technical initiatives.

The successful candidate will be expected to work across multiple workstreams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and rapidly acquire knowledge of the account's systems, processes, and priorities.

  • Fast learner who can become productive quickly in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Articulate, proactive, and able to challenge constructively where required.
  • Self-sufficient and adaptable, with the ability to move between different workstreams and priorities as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Strong Business Analysis background within financial services, wealth management, platforms, or transfer agency environments.
  • Technical BA experience with the ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders.

Familiarity with:

o Sonata

o Bravura Microservices architecture

o Cobalt

o Other key IFDL platform components and integrations

  • Experience working across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly understand existing system landscapes and business processes.
