Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in technical documentation and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and business teams by creating high-quality documentation for cloud platforms, operational processes, and technical solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Cloud Architects, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security teams, and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
• Create and maintain User Guides, Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, Administration Manuals, and Operations Manuals.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Runbooks, Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and Troubleshooting Guides.
• Prepare Release Notes, Feature Documentation, Quick Reference Guides, and Training Materials.
• Document cloud platform capabilities, workflows, and operational processes.
• Maintain documentation repositories using Confluence, SharePoint, or similar knowledge management platforms.
• Ensure documentation follows organizational standards, version control, and governance processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong technical documentation and process documentation experience.
• Experience creating SOPs, User Guides, Operations Manuals, Runbooks, and Knowledge Base documentation.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) knowledge.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience documenting REST APIs and web services.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience working in enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Cloud platform documentation experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting platform engineering or cloud infrastructure teams.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
