Technical Architect Oracle MFCS

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Oracle MFCS to lead solution architecture, integrations, technical design, and governance across a complex retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture for Oracle MFCS/RMS and Oracle Retail modules such as RDS, SACS, ORPCS, and ORIMCS.
• Lead integrations using enterprise middleware platforms.
• Develop MFCS extensions, custom validations, and optimized PL/SQL solutions.
• Define data migration, conversion, and reconciliation strategies.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.
• Create architecture blueprints and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, functional teams, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical reviews, leadership, mentoring, and guidance to onsite/offshore teams.
• Identify technical risks and issues proactively and drive them to closure.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications and presentations.

Required Skills:

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience with 4 6+ years of Oracle Retail experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle MFCS/RMS.
• Strong knowledge of foundation data, item induction, purchasing, costing, and inventory processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle Retail with ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce, and Finance systems.
• Strong PL/SQL, API design, and performance engineering skills.
• Experience with architecture design and technical governance.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, maintenance, support, or extension projects.
• Prior experience as an onsite technical lead in a large-scale engagement.
