Summary: The Technical Architect role is a 2.5-month remote contract focused on managing and designing enterprise architecture solutions, particularly within Microsoft Azure and M365 environments. The position requires expertise in core infrastructure management, identity and access management, and the ability to lead large O365 transformational programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions while ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Domain and Active Directory Services
- Creating Design/PDD/TAD for Enterprise architecture solutions
- Managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory tenant
- Overseeing core infrastructure management including VMware, Active Directory, and security solutions
- Managing large O365 transformational programs with hybrid configuration
- Designing domain merger solutions based on customer requirements
- Executing Agile project delivery and writing stories in JIRA
- Owning end-to-end architecture responsibilities and resolving technical challenges
- Conducting health checks and audits of the environment
- Handling severity incidents and being available for on-call duties
- Assisting with design documentation and technical deliverables
- Facilitating client configuration planning meetings
- Establishing a reputation as a subject matter expert in M365 technology
Key Skills:
- Expert level experience in Microsoft 365 architecture
- Core O365 Solution Architect with strong solution design experience
- Technical experience in Microsoft Office 365 and core infrastructure services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with PowerShell and Windows 10 security
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and SCCM
- MCSE/MCSA/MCP qualification preferred
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to industry changes
