Technical Architect

Architect (6–9 Years Experience)

Role Summary:
Acts as a technical lead on standard projects or key workstreams within complex engagements. Responsible for architecture design, delivery ownership, and guiding engineering teams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design including data models, integrations, and system components
• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned projects or workstreams
• Provide technical leadership and direction to Engineers
• Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams for scoping, estimations, and solutioning
• Drive execution, planning, and delivery across multiple engagements
• Contribute to process improvements, reusable assets, and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and support team development

• Elastic Certified Engineer (required)
• Progressing toward specialization or Tech Lead capability in a domain

Experience Required:

• 6–9 years of relevant industry experience
• 2–3 years in Architect/Consulting Architect role

• Apply advanced domain expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with travel requirements (if applicable)
