Summary: The role of Technical Architect/Data Architect involves working on a sensitive digital memorial project, requiring experience with high-profile stakeholders such as government and judiciary. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a conceptual, technology-agnostic data model aligned with the Government Data Quality Framework
  • Model key entities: person, event, place, memory, timeline, and associated metadata
  • Define access controls, PII handling, and user roles/personas
  • Deliver a validated content evaluation framework (classification Matrix and memory catalogue)
  • Prototype an AI-based memory scoring mechanism and store outputs in GitHub
  • Document data sources to verify factual accuracy of user-submitted content
  • Produce outcomes that can transition seamlessly into Alpha/beta phases

Key Skills:

Looking for a Technical Architect/Data Architect to work on a highly sensitive digital memorial project. Candidates must have solid experience working with sensitive or high-profile stakeholders (eg government, judiciary, COBR, Parliament).
