Summary: The role of Business/Technical Analyst focuses on leveraging expertise in MarTech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms to enhance digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional specifications and optimizing customer journeys. This position allows for remote work or can be based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within digital marketing, ad tech, or MarTech environments.
- Proficient with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including but not limited to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution processes, and data governance protocols.
- Knowledge of ad tech integrations such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and data onboarding solutions.
- Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical and marketing teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and author both functional and technical documentation with precision.
- Proven experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Skilled in analyzing and optimizing digital customer journeys, personalization strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, effectively bridging the gap between marketing, data engineering, and product teams.
- Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they pertain to MarTech and customer data.
- Collaborative and forward-thinking approach, contributing to both strategic planning and practical implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and champion the adoption of MarTech solutions.
