Mandatory Skills
- 4 years customer-facing experience managing cloud implementations or transformation programs that supported launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
- 1-year hands-on experience working with modern software development practices, microservices-based architectures, distributed systems, and APIs, across a broad set of use-cases.
- Must hold at least one Google Cloud Professional-level certification.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders and/or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit customers.
- Partner with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
