Summary: The Teamcenter PLM Solutions Architect/Developer will support a critical federal program by architecting, customizing, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter to ensure a secure and compliant Digital Thread throughout the engineering lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of both engineering requirements and technical PLM implementation, adhering to federal security standards. The position is remote and requires an active Secret Clearance or above. The contract duration is initially for 12 months with options for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and configure Siemens Teamcenter environments (versions 12+ or 14+) across classified and unclassified networks.
- Deploy scalable architectures using Teamcenter Environment Manager (TEM) and Deployment Center.
- Manage multi-tier (4-Tier) environments including Web/Application (Apache Tomcat/WebLogic) and Database (Oracle/SQL Server) tiers.
- Develop custom server-side logic using the Teamcenter Integration Toolkit (ITK) (C/C++).
- Build user interface enhancements for Active Workspace Client (AWC) using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Configure BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) for data model extensions, property inheritance, and business rules.
- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD tools (NX, CREO, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Support the connection between PLM and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure seamless digital manufacturing.
- Implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) services for enterprise-wide integrations.
Key Skills:
