Summary: The TeamCenter Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that Teamcenter solutions align with business needs. This role involves managing requirements documentation, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, and driving quality throughout various validation phases. The analyst will also monitor project progress and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, gather and refine requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Teamcenter solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare and manage FRS, URS, and requirement grooming activities in coordination with business and technical teams.
- Develop and document process flows, use cases, and workflows.
- Maintain and track requirements in JIRA; clearly communicate requirements to the delivery team.
- Define and obtain customer sign-off on acceptance criteria.
- Monitor progress, track deviations, and proactively communicate requirement changes to stakeholders.
- Translate and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Drive quality across IQ, OQ, PQ, and UAT phases.
- Review test scripts and secure necessary approvals.
- Assess UAT outcomes and document/report defects and issues.
