Summary: The Tapestry Analyst is responsible for configuring, building, and installing the Tapestry application, serving as the primary expert in the software. This role involves in-depth investigation and documentation of operational specifications, as well as troubleshooting and training end-users. The Analyst will also develop internal procedures and assist in system enhancements while collaborating with the Application Manager on various tasks. A strong understanding of clinical or business operations supported by the application is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and install the Tapestry application.
- Investigate and document operational specifications and application functionality.
- Develop and document internal procedures and prepare specifications for system enhancements.
- Analyze functionality in new releases and test each new release.
- Assist in the development of user training aids and train end users in workflow and application use.
- Troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, and stabilization periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Application Manager.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certified in Epic Tapestry.
- Basic project management skills.

Job Description
The Application Analyst (AA) functions as the primary build expert to configure, build & install the Tapestry application.
The AA will perform in depth and precise investigation and documentation of future- state operational specifications and application functionality.
The AA must have achieved in-depth knowledge of the software application as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
The AA develops and documents internal procedures, collects information and prepares specifications of system enhancements, analyzes functionality in new releases and tests each new release.
The AA also assists in the development of user training aids and may train end users in workflow and use of the application.
AA functions as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live and stabilization periods.
AA will perform other duties as assigned by the Application Manager.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred Certified in Epic Tapestry
Basic project management skills to manage project plan, lead meetings, prioritize, and resolve conflicts
Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design Basic experience with IT systems and systems development projects
Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, leading group discussions and delivering presentations to clinical and business operations leaders across the organization
