Summary: The role of a TAMR MDM Consultant involves designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise Master Data Management solutions using TAMR’s platform. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance frameworks and integrate MDM with various applications. Strong technical skills in data management and system integration are essential for translating business needs into effective MDM solutions. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using TAMR.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data governance frameworks, workflows, and mastering rules.
  • Configure and customize TAMR workflows, match/merge rules, and entity resolution processes.
  • Integrate TAMR MDM with enterprise applications, APIs, and data pipelines (cloud and on-prem).
  • Develop strategies for data onboarding, enrichment, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Build scalable data mastering pipelines to unify structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Define metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship processes.
  • Provide technical documentation, user guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Support ongoing operations, incident resolution, and change requests post-implementation.
