Taleo Technical/Techno-Functional Analyst

BACKGROUND

One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s.

We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment.

TEE functional knowledge would be a plus.

The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts.

The contractor would develop reports, perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure completeness of the data.

The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for the purpose of system decommissioning.
• Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests
• Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration
• Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems
• Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data
