Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage top talent for R&D positions across engineering, product development, and scientific roles.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and niche networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and R&D leadership to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Screen and assess candidate experience, skills, and fit for specific R&D projects.
- Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in ATS to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated on R&D talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skill sets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates to support future R&D hiring needs.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter, ideally with a focus on R&D / engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, databases and social platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technical roles, research skills and project requirements.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with global or niche R&D talent markets is a plus.
