- Evaluate current people processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Advise on compliance, diversity & inclusion, workplace well-being, and talent development best practices.
- Participate in leadership discussions, providing insights on HR strategy and organizational development.
- Support a culture of autonomy, accountability, and innovation within a remote-first team.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in people management, HR advisory, or organizational development ideally in tech or AI-driven companies.
- In-depth understanding of talent lifecycle management, especially in product-centric, scaling organizations.
- Proven record of leading or advising on product launches, workforce transitions, or HRIS/AI solution implementations.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience advising remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Knowledge of current trends in offboarding, talent mobility, and AI-driven HR solutions is a strong plus.

About the Role: As an Advisor People Manager, you will play a strategic role in advising Sensay’s leadership and people teams during the launch of KT Offboard AI Solutions. Your expertise will inform best practices in change management, talent engagement, and HR innovation as we scale our company and product.
