Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in DoiT's Global People Strategy team, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles primarily in Eastern Europe. This position emphasizes proactive sourcing and engagement of both active and passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Eastern European talent market and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This is a remote position for independent contractors with an expected duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
- Foster a “referral culture” to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
- Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and stay informed on industry trends.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects our DoiT’s values.
- Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiT’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.
Key Skills:
- A strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, collaborating closely with hiring managers, negotiating, and managing offers.
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
- Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Native level English.
