  • Develop and implement recruitment processes and best practices tailored to diverse international markets
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and market trends to inform hiring decisions and resource allocation
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to support rapid growth and acquisitions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment legislation and market conditions to advise hiring managers appropriately
