Summary: The Talent Acquisition Lead role is a senior, lead level position focused on delivering exceptional talent acquisition results while enhancing processes and capabilities within a global technology partner's framework. The position involves managing a team of TA Managers across the EMEA region and advocating for a world-class TA function at senior leadership levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and gaining buy-in from clients for project delivery plans, including EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment, and onboarding elements.
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Leadership, HR, and TA.
- Acting as a vital link between on and off-site resources to ensure project success.
- Providing day-to-day support and management of resources aligned to project delivery.
- Reporting and providing data insights to the senior leadership team.
- Writing updates and analyzing relevant business and market data.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitors for candidates.
- Complying with company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction.
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients.
Key Skills:
- Proven success in a lead or director role at a global company with circa 10k FTE.
- Experience working in a technical organization.
- Demonstrable and relevant global TA experience.
- In-house Talent Acquisition experience is essential.

This is a senior, lead level role that will involve managing a team of TA Managers across the EMEA region , working with them to advocate at senior leadership level to run a world class TA function – enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.
Typical activities include:
- Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the plan for the approach to deliver the project – includes EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment & onboarding elements
- Building strong relationships with a range of client stakeholders including Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – positioning yourself and Join talent as trusted partners who get stuff done but also understand and protect the brand, culture and values of our client
- Acting as a vital link between on and off site resources aligned to the project to ensure everyone is set up for success
- Day to day support and management of resources aligned to deliver for your project.
- Reporting and providing data insights to the senior leadership team - you'll be comfortable being visible at leadership level
