Summary: The Tableau Server/Erwin Administrator role is a remote position focused on managing Tableau Server environments and Erwin Data Modeler within the state of Colorado, particularly for candidates in the Denver Metropolitan Area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Tableau Server Maintenance and Support: Supporting and maintaining Tableau server updates on a regular cadence, ensuring system uptime and operations.
  • Dashboard Creation: Create new content for key stakeholders and update existing content as needed.
  • Erwin: Maintain an accurate count of available license seats, provide new users with onboarding and training materials, perform server updates and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Documentation: Create robust design documentation for any new deployments or projects.
  • Ticket Processing: Adhere to SLA procedures and processes for Service Hub ticket lifecycle.
  • Weekly Status Reports: Routine and consistent check-ins with management, along with clear communication on desired deliverables and updates.

Key Skills:

  • Experience providing Tableau Server Administration (exp upgrading/configuring Tableau Server, including managing permissions, user onboarding/offboarding).
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop/Prep experience.
  • Erwin Data Modeler/ER360 experience.
  • Knowledge/Experience utilizing Erwin Data Modeling tool and Mart Portal.

JOB DETAILS:

Position:Tableau Server/Erwin Administrator

JOB REF#:1

Duration:4+ Months (Contract)

Location:REMOTE - DENVER, CO 80290

Pay Rate:$65.00 (W2 only) or $73.00 (INCORPORATED), (No 1099 or C2C)

This role is 100% REMOTE, but you MUST live with in State of Colorado and preferably in the Denver Metropolitan Area (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5:00pm (MST)

Tableau Server Administrator and Erwin Administrator, including Tableau Desktop/Tableau Prep related tasks.

Platform Operations & Administration:

  • Tableau Server Administration for Tableau Server environments; manage platform uptime, vendor escalations via Tableau support.
  • Interact with different data sources, manage data refresh schedules.
  • Upgrade and configure Tableau Server and manage permissions, user onboarding/offboarding and content distribution.

Tableau Desktop:

  • Create, publish and manage Tableau dashboards within segregated Dev/Test and Production level environments.
  • Create predictive and prescriptive dashboards and reports based on customer requirements.
  • Follow designated OIT style guides used for content creation, including designing content to meet section 508 accessibility standards.

Erwin:

  • Manage licenses and user onboarding/offboarding for Erwin Data Modeler, Mart Portal, and ER360.
  • Maintain Mart Portal and ER360 server environments and perform upgrades as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
