The consultant needs certification in either Tableau or Salesforce to be considered.

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Consultant to oversee the complete life cycle of Tableau report and dashboard delivery. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate Tableau visualizations into Salesforce dashboards, ensuring seamless data integration to activate flows within Salesforce. Your work will empower actionable insights and drive process automation.

Role:

• Lead the full life cycle of Tableau report delivery, including requirements gathering, data analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Embed Tableau reports and visualizations seamlessly within Salesforce dashboards.
• Ensure data integration between Tableau and Salesforce to trigger flows and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT and data analysts, to align on data strategies and dashboard requirements.
• Support performance tuning and optimization of Tableau dashboards.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all Tableau and Salesforce integrations and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and effective use of Tableau dashboards within Salesforce.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Tableau development, including dashboard creation and report delivery.
• Proficiency in embedding Tableau visualizations within Salesforce, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration methods.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills, with a focus on effectively presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and managing datasets used in Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Salesforce development or administration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reports and DataRails is a plus.
