REQUIRED SKILLS
- MUST HAVE: P&C insurance experience (not just a stint/contract years ago)

- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like SSIS / SSRS is preferred
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, including schema design, normalization, and denormalization.
