Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Tableau Server and Alteryx Server environments across development, testing, and production platforms.
- Perform platform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage security configurations, authentication integrations, certificates, and user access controls.
- Support identity and authentication providers including SAML, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot platform, server, dashboard, and workflow performance issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
- Support API integrations and platform automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations as required.
- Document operational procedures, configurations, and support processes.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve platform stability, performance, and scalability.
Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities
