Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and optimize Tableau and Alteryx Server environments.
- Perform platform administration, including installation, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure security and reliability of the analytics platform.
- Troubleshoot server, application, and user access issues.
- Participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotations.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on administration of Tableau Server and Alteryx Server.
- Experience with authentication and identity management (SAML, Active Directory, SSO).
- Strong networking knowledge.
- Proven experience resolving performance issues in Tableau and Alteryx.

We are seeking an experienced Tableau and Alteryx Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our analytics platform environment. This role is responsible for platform administration, performance tuning, automation, security, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of Tableau and Alteryx Server environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on administration of Tableau Server and Alteryx Server, including installation, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, security, APIs, automation, and firewall configuration.
- Experience with authentication and identity management (SAML, Active Directory, SSO).
- Strong networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot server, application, and user access issues.
- Proven experience resolving Tableau and Alteryx performance issues, including dashboard and workflow optimization.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and Python.
- Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates for Tableau and Alteryx platforms.
- Ability to participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotations.
