Summary: The Systems Optimisation & Integration Consultant role at Transform Your Training involves enhancing and integrating digital systems to improve the tech infrastructure of a national training organization. The consultant will be responsible for auditing existing systems, making recommendations, and implementing sustainable solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with the admin team to ensure effective outcomes. The role is remote with occasional travel to York and is contract-based for 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit, clean up and connect systems (HubSpot, SharePoint, Arlo, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
- Review current systems and make recommendations
- Improve data flows, build dashboards and implement practical automation
- Create usable documentation and train the team
- Leave the organization with sustainable systems
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in systems integration and digital transformation
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, HubSpot, AI and automation tools
- Collaborative, user-friendly mindset and values-led approach
- Ability to deliver outcomes, not just advice

We need someone who can:
