Key Responsibilities:
- Work with application team to educate and advise them on Best practices with Control-M.
- During daily scrum meetings, discuss Jira cards, blockers, and completed work.
- Must be proficient in Control-M, knowledge of Automic is helpful and file transfer protocols.
- Support applications including Control-M, Automic, and Globalscape.
- Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace for alerts and troubleshooting.
- Perform light scripting such as Python and SQL.
- Handle agent installs, integration with Service Now, and troubleshooting skills.
