Summary: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will oversee the execution of global business transformation projects by recommending improved business processes through technology solutions. This remote role requires UK residency, preferably within commuting distance to Leeds. The position is outside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £370 for an initial six-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the successful execution of business transformation projects globally.
- Recommend better business processes supported by software and technology solutions.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders within the organization.
- Manage multiple project management portfolios.
- Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through to completion.
- Generate and analyze statistical data reports.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project management.
- Provide excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to testing is advantageous.
Key Skills:
- Experience within the Insurance sector or at least within the Financial sector.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering.
- Experience managing multiple project management portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Any Testing exposure would be advantageous.

This position is for an initial 6 month period
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Experience within the Insurance sector or at least within the Financial sector
- Requirement gathering from key stakeholders within the organisation
- Multiple project management portfolios
- Experience of developing, preparing and managing project plans through to completion.
- Strong experience of generating and and analysing statistical data reports.
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Azure DevOps
- Any Testing exposure would be advantageous
