Systems Analyst
Summary: E Quality Corporation is seeking a Systems Analyst for a client in Austin, TX, requiring extensive experience in various technical and functional areas related to PeopleSoft FSCM. The role demands a deep understanding of Texas state policies and the ability to support multiple government agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Support functional responsibilities using App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
- Perform system configuration changes and manage batch jobs.
- Provide oversight and support for the Asset Management core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance with NIST standards.
- Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for project planning and execution.
- Conduct functional project management activities for CPA's CAPPS program.
- Provide Tier 2 Service Desk Support and coordinate with Managed Services vendors.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and prepare executive-level presentations.
- Gather and present data for audits and open records requests.
- Support the CAPPS Financials tower in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
- Develop requirements and implement components of CPA's statewide systems.
- Plan and coordinate the Fiscal Year Process at a statewide level.
- Support Priority 1 and 2 incidents in coordination with Major Incident Management.
- Interpret contractual language and ensure vendor accountability.
- Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
- Work with various PeopleSoft FSCM modules as needed.
