Summary: The Systems Analyst role involves joining a nationally recognized organization to support a transformation initiative aimed at unifying and standardizing their management platform. Key responsibilities include analyzing platform variations, collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions, and facilitating the migration of the platform to the cloud. The position requires strong technical skills and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and data integrity. This is a remote position with an initial contract length of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document variations of the management platform.
- Work with stakeholders to define a standardized solution.
- Support the rationalization of custom developments.
- Plan and support the migration of the harmonized platform to the cloud.
- Ensure data integrity and manage dependencies during migration.
- Validate system integrations and reporting post-migration.
Key Skills:
- Proven Systems or Technical Business Analysis experience in an enterprise level organization.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and querying.
- Experience with enterprise level platforms and custom development environments.
- Exposure to cloud migration projects and understanding of Azure/AWS/cloud data services.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
