Summary: The role is for a Systems Analyst 3 specializing in PeopleSoft FSCM GL Business Analysis, focusing on state government accounting practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering and documentation for PeopleSoft FSCM GL and Commitment Accounting.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
- Perform extensive user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present findings in formal settings.
- Utilize Microsoft O365 tools for documentation and presentations.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM implementation/upgrade experience.
- 8+ years of state government accounting experience.
- Strong skills in General Ledger and Commitment Accounting.
- Experience in creating project deliverables as a business analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with UAT/SIT and end-to-end testing.
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Texas CAPPS Financials is preferred.
- Experience working in the Scrum framework and Jira is preferred.
