Summary: The Systems Analyst 3 role is a remote position focused on providing extensive support to Texas state government agencies, particularly in financial reporting and PeopleSoft Financials. The candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of Texas policies and financial systems to ensure compliance and effective reporting. The role requires significant experience in data integration, testing, and vendor management within the public sector context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Texas state government agencies with financial reporting in PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2.
- Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
- Design, execute, and document structured UAT and regression testing for reporting impacts.
- Interpret contractual language and integrate it into daily workflows.
- Develop or support cross module reports incorporating data from various financial modules.
- Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures to support statewide reporting requirements.
- Write CAPPS Complex reports using SAP Business Objects.
- Provide functional support for CAPPS Central production and expansion activities.
- Apply ITIL principles for IT service management and asset management.

8 Years - Experience designing, executing, and documenting structured UAT and regression testing for reporting impacts during upgrades, PUM cycles, or patch deployments.

8 Years - Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes and methodologies
8 Years - Experience developing or supporting cross module reports that incorporate data from GL, AP, PO, AM, IN, T&E, PC, or related modules.
8 Years - Extensive experience analyzing PeopleSoft FSCM data structures, including effective dating rules, table relationships, and multi row logic, to support complex statewide reporting requirements.
