Summary: The Systems Analyst 3 role involves extensive experience in federal labor laws, system configuration, and technical skills related to various software tools to support functional responsibilities. The position requires strong planning and communication skills, particularly in managing payroll systems and compliance with security best practices. The analyst will also be responsible for preparing executive-level presentations and supporting audits and records requests. This is a remote position for a one-year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system configuration changes and support functional responsibilities.
- Manage and support the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2.
- Create and manage a strategic roadmap combining planning skills and cross-functional communication.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations and support audits.
- Interpret contractual language and integrate it into workflows.
- Plan and coordinate the Fiscal Year Process at a statewide level.
- Manage the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and support batch jobs.
- Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
- Provide direct payroll support to multiple agencies.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and provide Tier 2 Service Desk Support.
Key Skills:
