Summary: The Systems Analyst 3 role involves extensive experience in preparing executive-level presentations, managing data for audits, and interpreting contractual language. The position requires significant expertise in Talent Management modules and system configuration changes, particularly with PeopleSoft and Taleo. The analyst will also be responsible for developing test scripts and supporting cross-module integrations within a large ERP environment. This is a remote position for a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present executive-level presentations.
  • Gather and present data for audits and open records requests.
  • Interpret contractual language and integrate it into workflows.
  • Support Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, Performance Management).
  • Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials.
  • Perform system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and Performance Management.
  • Create and manage a strategic roadmap with planning and communication skills.
  • Manage the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for PeopleSoft systems.
  • Utilize technical skills with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects.
  • Support and oversee Recruiting or Performance Management batch jobs.
  • Utilize support tools such as PUM, Fluid, and Elastic Search.
  • Implement security best practices and NIST standards for ERP instances.

Required
10 Years - Experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.
10 Years - Experience gathering and presenting applicable data in support of a variety of audits and open records requests.
10 Years - Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements
8 Years - Extensive experience supporting the Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management)
8 Years - Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
8 Years - Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management.
8 Years - Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communication
