Summary: The role of DevOps Engineer – Ubuntu Expert involves auditing and enhancing Ubuntu systems with a focus on security, package management, and cloud infrastructure design. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit guidance for Ubuntu systems including security, firewall, and kernel configurations.
• Evaluate package management workflows using APT, Snap, and PPA.
• Review Bash scripts for accuracy, security, and compliance with Ubuntu standards.
• Assess system setup processes including LAMP/LEMP stacks and systemd configurations.
• Contribute to secure and scalable cloud infrastructure design using Ubuntu.
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable improvements.

Key Skills:

• Expert-level experience with Ubuntu and Linux command-line environments.
• Strong knowledge of system security, permissions, SSH, and access control.
• Experience with shell scripting and automation in Linux environments.
