Summary: The System Engineer/Endpoint Engineer role involves deploying endpoint security agents in a remote capacity for a duration of over three months. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy endpoint security agents to large enterprises.
- Support technical issues with troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams for agent deployment.
- Create simple SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Define software installation parameters and bundle deployment packages.
- Analyze and troubleshoot failed agent installations.
- Uninstall software agents when required.
- Perform related activities as requested by the client.
- Work after hours as needed for troubleshooting.

Job Description:
Resources need the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience in deploying endpoint security agents to large enterprise
- General knowledge in security best practices and concepts
- Great troubleshooting and resolution experience to support technical issues which may arise
- Knowledge and experience in the major operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, MacOS). Knowledge used to help with deployment and troubleshooting of the agent good communication to project managers, endpoint security, infrastructure services, network security teams
- Any previous experience with Velociraptor is a plus, but not required
- Experience with tools like SCCM, JAMF, Chef, Ansible, a plus, but not required. Resources will be responsible for working with the infrastructure teams to deploy the agent, but won't directly be creating the agent deployment packages
- Experience in creation of simple SOPs and troubleshooting guides Looking for immediate assistance in creating a proposal for this project. This should be a staff auglexpert services proposal as resources will work at direction of the client.
- Discover needs to onboard resources as quickly as possible.
- Experience in creation of simple SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to define initial software installation parameters.
- Work with Client staff to bundle software deployment package.
- Work with Client staff to deploy software using Client supported software deployment tools.
- Analyze and troubleshoot any failed non-functional agent installations.
