Summary: The System Applications Support Specialist III – Supply Chain is a pivotal role focused on supporting supply chain systems through administration, user support, data analysis, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system security and user access controls in alignment with organizational policies
  • Lead system integrations, testing, and implementation of new applications, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Provide end-user support and training for supply chain systems; develop documentation and training materials
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve or escalate as appropriate, and ensure timely resolution
  • Support and lead system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
  • Participate in and lead medium- to long-term departmental projects

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in systems support, supply chain, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build queries and perform data extraction and analysis
  • Experience developing and utilizing KPIs to drive process improvement
  • Knowledge of relational databases and system design structures
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
