System Analyst FM Systems (IWMS Platform)

Summary: The System Analyst for FM Systems will play a crucial role in coordinating system setup and ensuring data accuracy for workstations and conference rooms, primarily serving as an on-site liaison in Eden Prairie, MN. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams for the configuration, testing, and deployment of FM Systems, as well as supporting data migration and system integrations. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in system maintenance and user support. This is a 100% remote role with a focus on enterprise systems and business process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an on-site liaison in Eden Prairie, MN, coordinating system setup and ensuring data accuracy for workstations and conference rooms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of FM Systems
• Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and data mappings
• Assist in data migration from Serraview, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Support system integrations with HR, ServiceNow, SuperByte, and other enterprise platforms
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live support activities

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
• Experience with IWMS platforms (FM Systems, Serraview, or similar) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process analysis
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ServiceNow, or facility management tools
