Pay Range:$34.68-$51.00/Hrs

Description
Provide operational support with a U.S.-based and offshore resource for 24-hour coverage.
Deploy configuration updates and manage releases across various instances.
Create, modify, and audit users, groups, and roles.
Install, upgrade, and retire modules as needed.
Maintain and enhance existing integrations with project management and development tools.
Design and implement new integrations where necessary.
Operate independently from day one and train team members on best practices.
