Summary: The System Administrator is tasked with the daily administration and enhancement of talent acquisition systems, particularly the iCIMS platform. This role encompasses system configuration, data integrity maintenance, integration support, and the delivery of reporting and analytics. Additionally, it focuses on improving experiences for both recruiters and candidates through platform enhancements and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure iCIMS modules and related recruiting tools.
- Provide daily user support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and perform regular audits.
- Lead and coordinate integration projects with IT and contractors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key TA metrics.
- Produce and distribute recurring reports and ad hoc analytics.
- Design KPIs and data visualizations for workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Drive process implementation and standardization across the recruiting lifecycle.
- Support employer branding tools, job board integrations, and other TA technologies.
- Contribute to system updates, testing, and release activities.
Key Skills:

- Strong experience with integrations and BI tools.
- Solid data management skills, including data cleansing and deduplication.
