Summary: The Syndigo Systems Administrator role is a contract position focused on managing product data within the Syndigo PIM system for a global software distribution company. The administrator will ensure accurate and timely data updates to support sales teams and improve system efficiency. The position requires strong analytical skills and a background in PIM systems, particularly Syndigo. This role is remote and outside IR35, with a duration of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update products and product data in the global PIM system (Syndigo Product Experience Cloud).
- Maintain product data for improved data handling.
- Prepare and structure product data in PIM for publication in the web shop and online price book.
- Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly.
- Make recommendations for upgrades.
- Evaluate and modify system performance.
Key Skills:
- Experience with PIM system - Syndigo.
- 4+ years' experience as System's Administrator.
- System Engineer certification.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Well-acquainted with Microsoft Excel.
