Sustainability Program Manager

Summary: The Sustainability Program Manager role requires over 10 years of experience in Program Management, Architecture, sustainability, or Engineering, with a focus on decarbonization and Life Cycle Assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive GHG reduction projects end-to-end within a company’s direct operations and/or value chain.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver complex projects aligned with large scale corporate goals through influence and collaboration.
• Influence stakeholders and partner teams.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Architecture, sustainability, or Engineering.
• 3+ years experience related to decarbonization and/or Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs).
• Experience with carbon reduction and removal strategies.
• Master’s degree in related field (e.g. MBA, Master’s in Sustainability Management, Environmental science).
• Experience in decarbonization strategies for large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with Data Center/hyper scale, design and construction.
