Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot production schedules and workflow for operating issues.
- Triage basic problems and take corrective action to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules and control problems.
- Follow standard operating procedures while recommending new procedures to increase efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of production schedules, job flows, and service level deadlines.
- Resolve moderately complex problem issues and processing delays.
- Complete checklists and turnover logs for audit compliance.
- Assist with troubleshooting Remote File/Data Transmission delivery issues.
- Analyze and evaluate recurring problems and make improvement recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Provide daily support to users and programming groups.
- Work to increase industry knowledge through daily responsibilities.
- Complete work assignments in conjunction with senior staff and team members.
