Supply Chain Replenishment Support

Job Summary Micheldever Group is undergoing a major Digital Transformation (DX) programme, introducing new systems including D365 and Slimstock to modernise its technology landscape. As part of this transition, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the interim replenishment process across both legacy and new systems during the rollout phase starting in Q3 2026. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale transformation project, working with market-leading technologies. The role offers valuable exposure to evolving supply chain processes, with potential for future opportunities as the new systems become fully operational.

About the Role & About you We’re currently supporting a leading organisation undergoing a major Digital Transformation (DX) programme, introducing new systems including D365 and Slimstock. As part of this exciting transition, we are looking for a Supply Chain Data & Replenishment Analyst to support the interim replenishment process across both legacy and new systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale transformation project while working with market-leading ERP systems.

Working Hours & Location: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, remote-based with occasional travel to Winnall, Winchester

Contract Duration: 6 months

Extension / Permanent Opportunity: This role is a fixed-term position with no current plans for extension or transition to a permanent role, as it is specifically designed to support an interim phase of the project. However, following the system go-live, should new structures or opportunities arise, high-performing candidates may be considered.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage interim replenishment processes across two systems
• Transform and prepare large datasets in Excel for system uploads
• Process stock transfers and retail centre receipts
• Support Purchase Order creation in D365
• Perform data accuracy checks and spot validations
• Act as a point of contact for operational queries
• Assist with testing and rollout of new processes

What We're Looking For From You:

Essential: Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel Highly organised and process-driven

Desirable: Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement

Working Hours - This role operates from 12 PM to 8 PM , aligned with key operational processes, offering a unique opportunity for those seeking non-standard working hours.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees - company wide. To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing.
