We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to lead the delivery of a Holistic Site Risk Dashboard that consolidates operational and compliance risks across sites, products, and portfolios. This role owns the initiative end-to-end—ensuring alignment to the ERM roadmap, driving standardized risk visibility, and enabling data-driven decision making.
The BA/PM will serve as the single point of accountability for discovery, definition, delivery, funding readiness, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing roadmap execution.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role
- Proven experience delivering data, dashboard, platform, or risk-related initiatives
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and execution management
- Experience managing discovery-heavy initiatives with evolving scope
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level delivery updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in risk management, compliance, ERM, or operational risk domains
- Familiarity with data governance, taxonomy standardization, and KPI definition
- Experience working with cross-sector or enterprise-wide stakeholders
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
- PMP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus
- Supply chain/ERP.
