We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our global life science client on a remote basis. 

This role will focus on managing and supporting advanced planning system deployments, including demand, supply, and inventory planning. You will work closely with workstream leads to identify and overcome challenges, ensuring projects remain on track. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the deployment of advanced planning systems, with a focus on demand, supply, and inventory planning.


• Collaborate with workstream leads to identify roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project progress.


• Develop and refine process maps and comprehensive training documentation.


• Drive change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of engagement.


• Report directly to the project lead, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.


• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain project management or business analysis.


• Proven expertise in advanced planning system deployments (demand, supply, and inventory planning).


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrated experience in developing process maps and training documentation.


• A track record of successfully leading change initiatives is highly advantageous.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
